Solutions Architect:
A Solutions Architect is a hands-on position with responsibilities that range from Business Analysis to Application Development to Marketing Strategy to Project Management.
Responsibilities will include:
• Installation and configuration of CRM applications
• Data analysis
• Architectural specification development
• Marketing and campaign strategy
• Java Development

Additional responsibilities will include: Working with business, marketing, and technical resources, troubleshooting business and technical issues, and installation of supporting software.

In order to be considered you should have 4+ years work experience in the CRM industry, and have the following attributes:

• Ability and desire to learn quickly
• Flexible, good listening skills, upbeat, positive, aggressive and intelligent team player
• Motivated to succeed, learn and participate
• Ability to provide both technical and business input to strategy discussions

Work is performed at the client location so travel (up to 75%) is a requirement.

The Following Positions are available nationwide

Marketing/analytics Solutions Architect:

• Understanding of business processes related to direct marketing, database marketing, campaign management, analytics, and statistical modeling
• Extensive experience and understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data warehousing technology
• Extensive experience in data analysis, sourcing, and mapping
• Extensive experience with star schema design and data modeling
• Extensive experience with SQL development (particularly with ETL – extraction, transformation, load)
• Extensive Experience with relational databases (Oracle SQL Server and DB/2 UDB), database IO, and performance tuning
• Extensive Experience with OLAP, Data Mining, and general analytics
• Practical knowledge of common operating systems: Windows, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, Linux
• General familiarity with leading J2EE Application Servers: IBM Websphere or BEA Weblogic
• General familiarity with web servers: Apache, IIS, Sun ONE

Sales and Service Solutions Architect:

• Understanding of business processes related to Call Centers and Sales Force Automation
• Extensive Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML
• Extensive Experience with relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, or DB/2 UDB General
• Extensive familiarity with leading J2EE Application Servers: IBM Websphere or BEA Weblogic
• General Familiarity with web servers: Apache, IIS, Sun ONE
• Practical knowledge of common operating systems: Windows, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, Linux
